Welcoming Our Editor-in-Chief: Prof. Dr. Francesco Mercaldo

We are pleased to introduce and welcome Prof. Dr. Francesco Mercaldo as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Computational Systems and Applications (JCSA).

Prof. Dr. Mercaldo is a faculty member at the Università degli Studi del Molise, Campobasso, Italy. His research interests focus on data mining, knowledge extraction, image processing and analysis, and deep learning techniques, with significant contributions to software security, software engineering, and software testing. He has published extensively, with more than 360 documents and over 7,000 citations to his credit, and holds an h-index of over 40.

His strong academic background and broad expertise in computational systems and emerging technologies will be instrumental in advancing JCSA’s mission. We look forward to his leadership in maintaining rigorous academic standards and fostering the growth of our research community.
